Senior Engineering Recruiter

Our industry is facing a significant challenge with the need for skilled engineers. We have over 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden, and we are looking for an experienced talent acquisition specialist to help us fill these roles.
As a senior headhunter, you will build strong relationships with suitable candidates and coordinate with a global team of recruiters and management in Sweden. You will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team for relocation logistics.
We work with clients in various sectors including software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
You will work closely with colleagues in various countries to help engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Our core values are centered around professionalism, trust, and dedication.
Key Responsibilities- BUILDING STRONG NETWORKS: Develop and maintain relationships with local engineering talent within the IT sector.
- TALENT ACQUISITION: Identify and acquire highly skilled engineers who meet our clients' requirements.
- CANDIDATE MANAGEMENT: Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- TEAM COLLABORATION: Work closely with international teams to ensure successful candidate placements.
- STAY UP-TO-DATE: Maintain knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn new ideas quickly.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment or a related field.
- A solid network of local engineering talent within the IT sector.
- Excellent service orientation, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
- Self-motivation, confidence, and a positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical, well-organized, with the ability to identify and close recruitment requests.
