As a seasoned cloud expert, you will play a vital role in driving the development of cutting-edge cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deploy scalable VPC environments and cloud instances.
- Collaborate with security teams to develop and implement robust security controls.
- Evaluate and recommend new cloud services to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Manage user access and permissions within the cloud platform.
- Develop and implement monitoring and reporting solutions to optimize cloud resource utilization.
- Document standards for cloud services and advocate for best practices.
- Provide tier 2 support for incident resolution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Automate network security policies using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize cloud storage solutions, including Google Cloud Storage and NetApp.
- Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in Terraform and design of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
- Cloud Foundation: In-depth knowledge of enterprise hub-and-spoke architecture and GCP foundations.
- Application Foundation: Expertise in Cloud Functions, Nasuni, NetApp, and Google Storage.
- Observability: Experience with Google Cloud Operations and ability to monitor and analyze cloud resources.
