This role is centered around protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with our company's non-negotiables, processes, and cultural pillars.
- Coordinate and monitor job activities as outlined in our standard operating procedures across organizational boundaries.
- Responsible for scheduling and dispatching resources to meet job requirements.
- Manage client relationships to drive business success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our client's processes and procedures, including MOC/escalation protocols. They will also be able to prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery and ensure accurate and timely collection of cash.
Key Responsibilities- Protect the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.
- Conduct activities in line with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate job activities and manage resources effectively.
- Manage client relationships and drive business success.
- Promptly escalate issues that can impact service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience.
- Leadership, interpersonal, influencing, and planning skills.
- English oral and written communication skills; ability to organize meetings and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Relevant industry experience in wellbore construction, completions, wellbore intervention, etc.
- Previous project management experience advantageous.
- Functional use of MS Office Suite, with MS Project familiarity preferred.
- Experience in Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD).
- Well Control awareness beneficial.
