Strategic Financial Leadership Opportunity

Reckitt, a leading consumer goods company, is seeking an experienced financial leader to join our team as a Regional Financial Controller LATAM. As a key member of the finance leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and shaping the financial direction of the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial controller activities in the region, ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This will involve leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, and providing strategic support to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and leadership, with experience in managing large-scale financial operations and teams. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Oversee all financial controller activities in the region
  • Ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Provide strategic support to senior management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Accountancy qualification (e.g., CPA, CA)
  • Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related areas
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial leadership roles
  • Proven track record of delivering financial results and driving business growth
