As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing large volumes of sales data using tools such as Tableau and Excel, to generate actionable insights that optimize commercial performance.
- You will conduct in-depth analyses of sales data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize Tableau to create impactful data visualizations and Excel for detailed analyses and modeling.
- You will integrate and analyze data from various sources, including internal data and market information (GFK, Nielsen).
- Identify concrete opportunities to increase sales, optimize commercial processes, and enhance market performance.
- You will develop and structure strategic and tactical presentations, with clear and data-driven recommendations, for senior leadership.
- Provide analytical support to the sales team, offering insights that assist in achieving targets and optimizing their activities.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A complete Bachelor's degree in areas such as Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- A desirable postgraduate degree or specialization in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Commercial Management, or related areas.
- Proven experience in data analysis, commercial strategy, or sales optimization, preferably gained at prominent consulting firms like Deloitte or EY.
- Solid experience in the analysis of large volumes of data (Big Data).
- A track record of identifying business opportunities and formulating recommendations for senior management.
- Experience in providing analytical support to sales teams.
