We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Data Engineer to join our Marketing Tech team in São Paulo. As a key member of our Performance Marketing operations, you will play a vital role in handling data from millions of users, thousands of campaigns, and dozens of different channels.
- Evolving integrations with several third-party APIs, including Ad Networks, MMPs, and other data providers;
- Attributing users to the marketing campaigns that drove their financial impact;
- Estimating the lifetime value of our users to measure the long-term return on our Marketing investments;
- Building capabilities to run experiments to continuously improve the performance of our creative assets and Marketing operations;
- Supporting decision-making through high-quality data products and well-structured dashboards.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and evolve complex data-intensive applications, ensuring high availability, reliability, robustness, performance, cost-effectiveness, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:- Solving complex and open-ended problems that directly impact one of the most critical areas of the company;
- Helping evolve and improve the performance of current solutions and building new data products and systems;
- Participating in a cross-functional team, contributing end-to-end to our processes, ensuring our products are in production and working properly;
- Working in a challenging and fun environment to produce exceptional results.
The successful candidate will have experience working on designing and developing data-intensive applications in the cloud with technologies such as Spark, SQL, Python, Airflow, etc., excellent high-level communication skills, proficiency in written English, and be able to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
