Business Intelligence Lead

Job Overview:

  • Lead business intelligence strategies to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets from various sources, including BI and SI data, inventories, WOS, price control, MOQ, and credit forecasts.
  • Develop and implement data solutions to meet business needs, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of insights.
  • Presentation of findings to senior leadership and stakeholders, with a focus on actionable recommendations.
  • Short-term and long-term planning for sales and operations teams, reporting directly to headquarters.
  • Operations in ERP systems and internal platforms, ensuring seamless integration and workflow automation.
  • Team leadership, data extraction, integration, and consolidation, as well as ETL development.
  • Optimize data storage for performance and access, leveraging exploratory analytics to identify patterns and trends.
  • Utilize Python, SQL, Tableau, and Excel to manipulate, explore, and visualize data, generating insights and driving strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience in data analysis and generation, with knowledge of market trends and S&OP principles.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in analytical tools, such as Python, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and collaboration across departments.
