About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Professional to join our team at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing software applications solutions for our external and internal clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop software applications solutions for organization's external and internal clients.
  • Work with clients, product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test and implement information technology solutions consistent with the business objective.
  • Develop and review requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure and deploy software.
  • Participate and collaborate with other stakeholders including security, quality assurance, training, project management, engineering, hosting, and procurement when required to assist in other aspects of their projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Desired BA/BS degree -- or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Experience: Desired a related experience in the area.
  • Functional Knowledge: Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities.
  • Business Expertise: Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
  • Leadership: Provides informal guidance to new team members.
  • Problem Solving: Be able to solve problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Communication - Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
