We are seeking a Crisis Manager to join our team of security experts.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing consultancy advice and training to clients on security matters, as well as organizing and managing subcontractors to deliver client tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the delivery of task requirements as a project team member
  • Coordinating complex or multi-faceted tasks with senior personnel
  • Conducting security awareness and prevention-focused training sessions
  • Working closely with consultants globally on client task delivery
  • Managing subcontractors and assisting in administrative actions
Requirements:Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Two to four years' experience interacting with internal or external clients in a private sector background
  • Understanding of the security services market in Brazil and South America, specifically related to protective services
  • Executive protection and security risk management methodologies
  • Basic financial literacy and understanding of business processes
Desirable Qualifications and Specialist Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Superior English and Portuguese written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills and highly professional demeanor
