Job Title: Operations and Crisis Management Specialist

This role supports the coordination and execution of security operations in Brazil and Latin America.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination with a focus on crisis management planning and operational workflows.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities, while maintaining a high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
  1. Support the development and implementation of operational policies and best practices.
  2. Contribute to risk assessments and provide operational input for crisis management planning.
  3. Maintain and update operational schedules, records, and reports.
  4. Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  5. Monitor operational workflows and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Operations Management, Security Studies, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination with a focus on crisis management planning and operational workflows.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Portuguese and Spanish are also advantageous).
Working Conditions:

This role is primarily based in São Paulo with potential travel within Brazil and across Latin America. Occasional extended or irregular working hours may be required depending on operational demands.
