About the Role

This is a unique chance to lead project management teams in various initiatives, working closely with stakeholders and business partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Program and Project Management Office (EPMO)
    • Developing best practices and providing training/mentoring to program and project teams
    • Monitoring dependencies across multiple inter-related programs and projects
    • Gathering and reporting consolidated program and project status to stakeholders
    • Acting as a central governing body delivering quality assurance by reviewing/advising adherence to methodologies and timings
    • Providing staffing and management for agreed-upon business transformations
  • Project Execution
    • Responsible for managing assigned projects through their life cycle to ensure benefits are delivered.
    • Controlling project performance (scope, time, quality, cost, risk, benefits) and leading the project team responsible for delivering products.
    • Planning, delegating, monitoring, and controlling project activities according to established standards and guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Managing multiple stakeholder needs by supporting the creation of governance, database, reporting, and controls according to project requirements.
    • Development of control processes for project monitoring and integration between involved parties.
