We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Tax Determination projects using the Taxrules platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Brazilian tax legislation and its application in automated systems.

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing cross-functional teams, including Solution Consultants, Regulatory, Product, and Integration specialists.">
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, timelines, and escalations.">
  • Ensuring compliance with Brazilian tax regulations throughout the project lifecycle.">
  • Leading weekly status meetings, maintaining project documentation, and delivering concise progress reports.">
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure resource availability and risk mitigation.">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience managing tax technology or ERP-related projects in Brazil.">
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, PMP, etc.).">
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.">
  • Experience with REST API integrations and tax content configuration.">
  • Background in consulting or professional services delivery.">
  • Knowledge of e-invoicing frameworks and tax reform impacts.">
