Job Opportunity

The Product & Operations Analyst will support the Product team and broader organization with product analytics and operations. This role requires collaboration with teams across the organization, including Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Steward customer usage data to ensure accurate measurement.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to identify valuable KPIs around product usage.
  • Work with the Director of Product to define metrics that track product performance and execution.
  • Generate customer adoption dashboards and reports for all audiences.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 3 years of relevant business analysis or business intelligence work experience.
  • Strong business intelligence and analytical skills.
  • A self-starter attitude and ability to work without direct supervision among multiple, concurrent projects.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position in the information technology sector. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in data coding languages like SQL and business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
