We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to take ownership of scaling data science initiatives focused on behavior analytics.

The successful candidate will have a strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages and proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and other tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Take ownership of scaling data science initiatives focused on behavior analytics to empower associates and provide a personalized service experience to clients.
    • Support a variety of analytics projects leveraging skills in NLP, Python, and SQL.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify, design, develop, and implement embedded analytics solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant coursework or a related field with 5+ years of experience in data science, or master's degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience in data science.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques, including neural networks.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate into data science requirements, techniques, and solutions.

This is a hybrid role located in Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil. The selected candidate will have access to confidential and sensitive client information, requiring periodic background checks.
