Lead Data Scientist Opportunity

This challenging role focuses on leveraging innovative technology solutions to drive business impact through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of scaling data science initiatives focused on behavior analytics to empower associates and provide personalized service experiences to clients.
  • Design, develop, and implement embedded analytics solutions to address small business problems.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to improve business processes and outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or related coursework with 5+ years of experience in data science, or master's degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience in data science.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and other tools (Databricks, AWS).
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques, including neural networks.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, advanced Excel).
  • Proven experience in crafting, testing, and deploying ML projects in Python with a keen focus on eliciting optimal outputs.
