Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Elevator Service Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our service management team, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of elevator units while fostering strong relationships with existing clients.
- Client Recovery: Identify and recover lost clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Customer Service: Provide primary contact for client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Business Development: Generate new business opportunities through sales calls, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Sales Strategy: Develop a personalized sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
- Vendor Management: Utilize sales tools to track opportunities, pipelines, and forecast sales results effectively.
- Negotiation and Closure: Conduct sales negotiations for services, repairs, and modernization, ensuring successful deal closure.
- Contract Reversal: Reverse canceled contracts by re-engaging clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including sales representatives and field colleagues.
Requirements for Success:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, preferably with prior work experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales of technical service contracts is essential.
- Client Orientation: Strong focus on customers and services, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- CRM Knowledge: Basic knowledge of CRM software, where work will be guided.
- Personal Qualities: High level of commitment and reliability, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Vehicle Ownership: Must have a vehicle for business use.
- Hybrid Schedule: Flexible schedule, working both remotely and in the office.
