Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new purchasing channels and supplier resource pools;
  • Conduct quality control of purchased products to ensure they meet company requirements;
  • Implement the issuance of purchase orders, track delivery on time, and manage payment for products;
  • Maintain and manage existing suppliers, as well as develop new ones as needed;
  • Implement cost reduction strategies and optimize the procurement process;
  • Establish and improve the company's procurement rules and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field;
  • Previous professional experience in purchasing management or a related field;
  • Familiarity with researching supplier resources, tracking, and executing purchase orders;
  • Experience in telecommunications construction purchasing is a plus.

Language Skills:

  • Advanced/fluent level of English is mandatory, as we use the language on a daily basis.
