Unlock Your Potential as a Media Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Media Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our marketing efforts, you will be responsible for executing campaign builds, monitoring performance, and assisting in optimizations that help scale winning strategies.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for performance marketing and a desire to grow within the industry. You should have 2+ years of media buying or programmatic experience, with a focus on executional excellence and task management.

  • Execute and manage native ad campaigns across platforms with speed and accuracy
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and implement optimizations to creative, bids, and placements
  • Partner with senior media buyers to launch new campaigns and expand existing ones while supporting strategic growth
  • Facilitate creative testing by assisting with copy iteration, image/video swaps, and tracking results
  • Conduct competitor research and performance audits to surface new testing opportunities
