About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at ADP. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of user-centered experiences for our products and services, ensuring that they are intuitive, easy to use, and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop design solutions that meet those needs.
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, and apply that knowledge to improve our products and services.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience design methodologies.
