Job Title: Lead Developer

ADP is seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer to join our Pi Team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our software applications and ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of software applications using Java and Spring Boot
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet quality standards
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and Spring Boot
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of Oracle database and front-end technologies such as React
  • Advanced English skills
