Job Title: Lead Developer

ADP is seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer to join our team in Porto Alegre. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of our software applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of software applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Design and implement software solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with Node, Oracle, MySQL, PL SQL, AWS, Kafka, Redis, and Elastic Search or Splunk.
  • Strong experience with version control like GIT and dependency management with Gradle or Maven.
  • Experience with architecture models like Hexagonal Architecture or Clean Architecture.
  • Advanced English language skills.
