About the Role

The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media campaigns and community growth strategies that align with our vision of financial freedom. The successful candidate will be able to bring our values and message to life across our social media channels, engaging our audience and fostering a sense of community.

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
  • Conceptualize and execute every piece of social content that goes out, leveraging visuals, simple GIFs, PS assets, and videos.
  • Create and manage social distribution plans and schedules that align with wider marketing efforts.
  • Define and track key performance indicators, reporting on strategies and campaigns to the team and management on a weekly basis.
  • Prioritize customer needs, making a positive impact in the hearts of our direct supporters and the larger community.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of work experience in social media management and/or strategy in technology, finance, or media.
  • Demonstrated self-starter ability, with strong English communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, adapting with changing priorities, and balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
