About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for aligning with stakeholders on functional requirements and serving as the primary point of contact for data-related questions and issues.

You will collect, prepare, and provide data input for deliverables within agreed timeframes, ensuring integrity and reporting of data. Your duties will also include compiling and analyzing data to alert trends and recurring themes, proactively highlighting concerns and escalating unresolved issues to minimize delays.

In addition, you will ensure data entry and administration with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards. You will provide first-line support to users, guidance, and advice on their use of systems and tools.
