About the Job

We're seeking a skilled Digital Media Strategist to help shape and deliver successful campaigns for our clients.

As a key member of our team, you'll define campaign objectives, measure success, and actively manage workload to ensure delivery on time.

You'll generate innovative concepts, apply a test and learn approach, and share successes across the team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver highly successful campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs, on time and within budget.
  • Effectively track and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and implement processes and guidelines to streamline campaign execution.
  • Contribute to developing best-practice roadmaps for digital media.
  • Act as a point of escalation for client teams, ensuring work is delivered to standard and on time.
  • Lead and mentor others to grow capability and knowledge within the team.

About You

  • Strong expertise in digital media delivery, with demonstrable success in optimizing paid media campaigns through automation, process, and technology adoption.
  • Good understanding of how other channels work together and can be optimized.
  • Confident, dynamic, and engaging communicator who prioritizes quality and continuous learning.
  • Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you.
  • Excellent presentation skills, data analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, methodical, and process-oriented.
  • Proficient English language skills.
