Digital Marketing Strategist
Lalamove is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead the digital acquisition strategy for our operations in Brazil.
This role will oversee and integrate the brand's communication projects and campaign production to a cohesive strategy through all channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the paid media strategy across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal ROI on marketing spend.
- Deliver on key performance indicators such as FTU, CAC, and lead generation, analyzing performance data to propose experiments and optimizations.
- Collaborate with regional teams, functional departments, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive initiatives forward, maintaining high-quality standards throughout campaign production.
- Manage monthly forecasts and media planning in alignment with strategic goals, supporting the planning of Lalamove's brand communication calendar to ensure cohesive messaging.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and brand communication, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing campaigns with success.
- Solid background in paid performance marketing, including media buying, analytics, and optimization, with expertise in managing communications projects.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent organizational skills, with English proficiency at an advanced level.
