Senior Endpoint Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Endpoint Engineer to join our team. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for maintaining and securing corporate devices globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, patch, and ensure Windows and macOS compliance using advanced endpoint management tools.
  • Develop automation scripts to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues with minimal escalation.
  • Execute patch management cycles and ensure timely deployment across all devices.
  • Implement endpoint security policies and procedures as defined by senior management.
  • Monitor endpoint health metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for endpoint configurations and processes.
  • Collaborate with security and IT teams on endpoint protection initiatives.
  • Participate in incident response for endpoint-related security events.
  • Assist in vendor evaluations and provide technical input for solution selection.
  • Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical endpoint issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on endpoint management experience.
  • Strong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platforms.
  • Experience managing both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for automation.
  • Solid understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management.
  • Experience with security compliance requirements (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, CCPA).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to read and speak fluently in English.
