About the Role

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Lead - Observability to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for setting and realizing the vision for IT solutions within our portfolio of products, platforms, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong and credible relationships across Corteva IT and our strategic partners and vendors.
  • Business Alignment: Harmonize business needs and IT strategies to ensure alignment and drive business value.
  • IT Product Portfolio: Enable a high-quality IT product portfolio by driving value realization from products, services, interactions, assets, and capabilities.
  • Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly review metrics and health dashboards to assess availability and productivity of the products in your portfolio, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in deployment of Observability solutions, with expertise in leading and emerging technologies related to Observability.
  • Skills: Engineer delivery best practices for Modern Observability solutions, including Grafana, Dynatrace, Data Dog, Cisco Observability, Solarwinds, and Open Telemetry (OTEL), etc.
  • Additional Qualifications: ITIL, Agile, PMP certification(s), understanding of SRE principles, operating in an Infrastructure as Product (IaP) environment, experience in strategy, customer service, and internal consulting.
