Senior Oracle OTC Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oracle OTC systems specialist to join our team in Brazil.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Oracle Financials, specifically the OTC module, as well as experience with electronic invoices (Nfe) and integrations with partners (ISV).

They will also be proficient in mapping and setting up tax structures for issuing invoices in Oracle EBS AR module, including complex taxes (ICMS-ST and Exceptions), and identifying how Brazilian requirements impact current Sales Order flows in Oracle EBS.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience working with companies that use WMS for shipping and labels printing, and possess solid knowledge of SQL and test plans/test scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain Oracle OTC systems in Brazil
  • Assist in setting up integrations with fiscal partner consultants
  • Map and set up tax structures for issuing invoices in Oracle EBS AR module
  • Identify Brazilian requirements for master data
  • Work with sales order and shipping functionalities

Requirements:

  • Advanced/Fluent English language skills
  • Oracle Financials knowledge (OTC)
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and test plans/test scripts
  • Experience with companies that use WMS for shipping and labels printing
