Job Description:

  • Accountable for study planning, start-up activities, and activation deliverables of assigned projects in compliance with company processes, GCP/ICH, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leads all study start-up activities of assigned projects in close collaboration with other teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with country managers, portfolio team leads, and global study teams to ensure study timelines and deliverables are met according to country commitments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical operations with a focus on project management.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent understanding of clinical drug development, including trial set-up, execution, and monitoring.
