Clinical Operations Lead

Job Overview: This key role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials within assigned countries. The Clinical Operations Lead will be accountable for performance and compliance with protocols, adhering to regulations, policies, quality standards, and adverse event reporting requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Owning country and site budgets, developing and completing Clinical Trial Research Agreements.
  • Overseeing and tracking clinical research-related payments.
Key Objectives:
  • Ensuring Site Ready status through execution and oversight of clinical trial country submissions and approvals.

This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage budgets, ensure compliance, and drive successful clinical trial outcomes.
