Customer Lifecycle Manager Position

We seek an experienced Customer Lifecycle Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive customer engagement strategy. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to oversee campaign planning, execution, and analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing data-driven customer lifecycle strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborating with HQ teams to fine-tune automated customer journeys and optimize campaign performance
  • Analyzing historical revenue performance and forecasting future program results

Requirements for this position include:

  • University degree in a relevant field such as business administration or marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a dynamic online environment with a proven track record of developing and implementing customer onboarding strategies
  • Strong experience in executing multi-channel campaigns and a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor is mandatory
