Logistics Expansion Analyst

The Logistics Expansion team is responsible for understanding logistical demands and finding the best opportunities for Warehouse Real Estate and Hubs across Brazil. They prospect and visit new sites for Warehouses and Last Mile Hubs throughout the country.
- Responsible for commercial negotiations until contract signing
- Contact with real estate agents and brokers
- Preparation of commercial presentations
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Intermediate English skills are a plus
- Knowledge of the Real Estate market
- Flexibility for travel
This role involves a range of tasks, including analyzing operational KPIs, conducting root cause analysis, and monitoring performance fluctuations. The team works closely with various departments to ensure seamless execution of operations.
