Dynamic Programming Coordinator

This role is responsible for organizing and updating the daily programming schedule in the play-out system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with editorial and operational strategies.
- Organize, input, and update the daily programming schedule in the playout system (Media+ or similar), ensuring all broadcast information is accurate and complete
- Make real-time operational adjustments to the schedule due to content changes, live events, or editorial strategy updates
- Monitor the schedule in real time, identifying inconsistencies or technical conflicts and proposing solutions in collaboration with the coordination team
- Collect and organize audience data from both linear and digital platforms to support content performance analysis
- Assist in verifying and validating the schedule with MCR and technical teams to ensure operational alignment
- Manage the content inventory, ensuring proper organization and availability of materials for airing
- Previous experience in TV programming, channel scheduling, or media operations
- Familiarity with playout systems such as Media+, Imagine, or similar
- Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and agility in handling real-time adjustments
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and operational teams
- Basic understanding of audience metrics and content performance indicators
- Proficiency in Excel and tools for content organization and control
- English speaking, reading, and writing skills: Professional or Bilingual
- Office location in São Paulo City
