About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Scheduler to join our editorial and operational strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Organize, input, and update the daily programming schedule in real-time, ensuring all broadcast information is accurate and complete.
  • Make timely adjustments to the schedule due to content changes, live events, or editorial strategy updates.
  • Monitor the schedule in real time, identifying inconsistencies or technical conflicts and proposing solutions in collaboration with the coordination team.
  • Collect and organize audience data from both linear and digital platforms to support content performance analysis.
  • Assist in verifying and validating the schedule with MCR and technical teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Manage the content inventory, ensuring proper organization and availability of materials for airing.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in TV programming, channel scheduling, or media operations.
  • Familiarity with playout systems such as Media+, Imagine, or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and agility in handling real-time adjustments.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and operational teams.
  • Basic understanding of audience metrics and content performance indicators.
  • Proficiency in Excel and tools for content organization and control.
  • English speaking, reading, and writing skills: Professional or Bilingual.
