Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator
Description:
The role of a senior project coordinator involves leading and coordinating the design and implementation of optimal solutions between teams to develop and deliver complex projects successfully.
We are seeking a highly skilled project manager with a strong technical background in current software development technologies, experience in managing medium to large projects, and excellent communication skills to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Responsibilities:
- Collecting business and systems requirements from internal and external customers
- Writing specifications
- Driving project schedules from design to release
- Managing the production launch
- Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making tradeoffs, and balancing business needs versus technical constraints
Requirements:
- Maturity and high judgment
- Negotiation skills and ability to influence
- Analytical talent and leadership
