BIM Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned BIM professional, you will lead multidisciplinary modeling teams across complex architectural and engineering projects. This role requires a strong command of BIM software, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive quality and coordination across project stages.

  • Supervise and mentor modelers, ensuring adherence to best practices, project standards, and timelines.
  • Proactively identify missing or conflicting information, manage RFIs and RFCs efficiently, and conduct in-depth Quality Control reviews across assigned disciplines.
  • Influence modeling strategies and ensure seamless collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.

Minimum Mandatory Requirements Include:

  • An excellent command of English—both spoken and written—is essential for effective communication.
  • Engineering degree (civil or mechanical) is required for this position.
  • +5 years of experience using Revit and Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects.
  • Skilled in QAQC, with the ability to anticipate issues by leveraging team members' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Strong understanding of project's end-to-end scope, kick-off and set up, requirements, applicable standards, and all related technical documentation.
  • Experience managing project budgets, focusing on cost control and alignment with project objectives.
  • Experience managing teams of modelers and dealing directly with clients.
  • Excellent communicational skills are vital for success in this role.
