Enhancing Social Protection: A Technical Guidance Specialist Role

As a specialist in social protection, you will provide technical expertise to enhance the effectiveness of social assistance benefits and cash transfer programs. This role involves collaborating with our team to design, implement, and evaluate initiatives that promote human development and alleviate poverty.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer technical guidance on social protection policies and programs to support vulnerable populations
- Design and implement targeted interventions to address poverty and vulnerability
- Evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with government agencies, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders to achieve program objectives
- Master's degree in social sciences, international development, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social protection programming and policy
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful social protection initiatives
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
