Social Assistance Benefits and Cash Transfer Expert

The UNICEF Brazil office is currently seeking a highly qualified expert in social assistance benefits and cash transfer programs. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with government agencies and other stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing social assistance programs, particularly in emergency contexts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cash transfer programming, including design, implementation, and monitoring.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities related to social assistance benefits and cash transfer programs in emergency contexts. You will also possess strong technical writing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and briefs.
We are looking for a consultant who can provide expert advice and guidance on social assistance benefits and cash transfer programs. Your expertise will help inform policy decisions and program design, ensuring that our interventions are effective and sustainable.
