Service Leader

Take Charge of Fleet Performance and Drive Success

As a Service Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success by leading the overall fleet performance in partnership with various teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, manufacturing, or leadership roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for managing internal and customer communication, providing recommendations for inventory actions, and mentoring the Reliability Specialists team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and customer communication regarding services-related topics (fleet reliability performance, warranty)
  • Own the Services orders (along with the Sales Team), sales, and EBIT (along with the Programs & OTR Team)
  • Provide recommendations and ensure inventory actions to support customer fleet and sales generation
  • Mentor the Reliability Specialists team on the development of reliability projects based on Methodology of Analysis and Solution of Problems, 6 Sigma, etc

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
  • Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or leadership role
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
  • Fluent English language skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Spanish language skills
  • Experience in locomotive field services, supply chain, manufacturing, or maintenance positions
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt and Blackbelt certifications
