About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Rio office. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, compliant, and high-functioning work environment.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading office infrastructure projects, including vendor management, landlord relationships, HVAC, and maintenance.
  • Partnering with IT, Security, and People teams to drive employee experience through events, site visits, and activations.
  • Designing and implementing strategies to make the workspace inclusive, productive, and aligned with our values and employee needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in administrative operations, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
