- The position of Litigation Counsel for Brazil will be responsible for managing litigation and providing strategic legal advice to the business. This role requires a highly experienced lawyer with expertise in litigation practice, particularly in Brazil.
- Manage all aspects of litigation matters including fact-finding and analysis, strategy, case management, motion practice, and arbitration or trial preparation and presentation.
- Supervise and partner with outside counsel to ensure that all aspects of the company's legal representation are of the highest quality.
- Identify potential litigation or regulatory risk and counsel the business to minimize exposure.
- Admitted to practice as a lawyer in Brazil (OAB).
- 12 to 15 years of experience specializing in litigation practice in Brazil.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
