- Proven experience in developing and mentoring software teams, with a solid understanding of software development methodologies.
- Knowledgeable about software development and experienced in agile environments, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent, with a strong academic record.
- Has experience with embedded software, Golang, C/C++, Shell scripting, and Linux (preferably Debian or Ubuntu), with a strong portfolio of projects.
