Job Title: Director of Paid Growth – DTC Focus

We are seeking a visionary and performance-driven leader to spearhead our digital acquisition strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in paid media, strong leadership skills, and the ability to scale revenue efficiently while building systems and teams that last.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Own campaign performance across multiple DTC brands and markets.
  • Collaborate with creative, CRO, and product teams to build high-converting customer journeys.
  • Oversee media buying, budget allocation, forecasting, and return on ad spend (ROAS) optimization.
  • Test and implement new targeting strategies, ad formats, and funnel structures.
  • Build and mentor a team of media buyers and performance analysts.
  • Report directly to executive leadership on paid growth key performance indicators (KPIs) and learnings.
Requirements:
  • 6–10+ years of experience in paid media, with proven success scaling DTC brands via Facebook & Google.
  • Strong command of customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), lifetime value (LTV), blended margin requirement (MER), and attribution models.
  • Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and ideally post-purchase analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to zoom in on the numbers and zoom out on strategy.
  • Bonus: Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, Northbeam, or similar DTC stacks.
