Environmental Support Specialist

The Environmental Support Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our member spaces. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of member areas, including bathrooms, laundry rooms, front desk, offices, and therapy areas.
- Ensure fire safety equipment, alarms, exit signs, and fire extinguishers are operational at all times.
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including repairing indoor and outdoor equipment.
- Conduct regular checks and repairs of air purifiers, ice machines, and showers.
- Inspect larger equipment, such as HVAC filters, air curtains, kitchen vents, and dryer traps, on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and odor control in member activity and clinical spaces.
- Implement procedures to separate and clean soiled and contaminated linens.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in healthcare preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others.
