The role of a Technical Support Specialist is to provide expert-level support to clients, addressing their technical queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including sales, pricing, credit, legal, finance, and accounting teams to ensure seamless E2E Quote to Cash operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Investigating problems and proposing resolutions
- Engaging with clients and providing advanced customer service activities
- Performing and supporting activities such as bid support, proposal preparation, contract and FOP validation, disputes resolution, and inventory management
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in the US TSS Q2C Operations and tools, agile methodology experience, strong commitment to operational excellence, organizational skills, and high collaborative spirit.
