Job Description:

As a SAP Advanced Business Application Programming Consultant, you will be responsible for prototyping, designing, developing, and maintaining mobile application integration frameworks and their integration services. You will work closely with product managers to clarify customer problems and integration feature requirements, and collaborate with UX designers to ensure seamless and visually appealing user experiences following SAP Fiori Design Guidelines.

  • Prototype, design, develop, and maintain Mobile Application Integration Framework and its integration services.
  • Follow SAP's development standards and use efficient programming models and development tools.
  • Actively collaborate with product managers to clarify customer problems and integration feature requirements.
  • Setup and configure necessary S/4HANA system business processes and test data to support the development and testing of integration services.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure seamless and visually appealing user experiences following SAP Fiori Design Guidelines.
  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness of developed features.
  • Actively collaborate with frontend MDK developers to align on OData Service features and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough testing, including ABAP unit tests to fulfill code coverage requirements.
  • Actively collaborate with quality engineers on issues reported, debug, identify, and fix bugs, short dumps, and performance issues.
  • Provide sufficient documentation on features developed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Maintain communication and documentation in English.
  • Maintain proper communication and notification with lead ABAP developer and SAP development manager on vacation or absence.
