The position reports directly to the Director of Product Design and collaborates closely with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research.
- Design products that help professionals thrive and encourage people to get off screens and into real-life experiences.
- Owning end-to-end design strategy and execution for key parts of the business software.
- Collaborating on discovery efforts including user research, customer interviews, and data synthesis to uncover insights and opportunities.
A strong individual contributor with proven experience designing intuitive, elegant SaaS products will excel in this role.
Key RequirementsYou bring a high bar for design craft, grounded in systems thinking and real-world impact.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-collaboration environments is also essential.
