We are seeking a highly skilled Dairy Innovation Manager to join our team in Brazil. This role will be responsible for executing innovation, productivity, and portfolio transformation projects for the dairy platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in food process engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent project management and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of dairy and ingredients initiatives for Brazil, SoCo, and Andean regions.">">
  • Strategically partner with marketing and R&D senior leadership to build product and brand roadmaps for constant technical improvement.">">
  • Develop and prioritize projects in house, co-packers, and/or third partners, ensuring safe, stable, and legal products on time and in full.">">
  • Guarantee flawless and consistent execution of activities related to research and development of the annual innovation plan for productivity and renovation projects.">">
  • Work effectively with multi-functional teams, providing technical and product inputs to achieve the best solutions and define the best path towards strategic directions.">

Qualifications:

  • Graduated in food process engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.">">
  • Strong technical skills with a minimum of BSc.">">
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role.">">
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.">
