Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Segment ManagerPosition Mission:As the key leader for the Water and Sanitation segment at ABB Motion Brazil, you will be responsible for executing the sales strategy across the full portfolio in the country.
Your role involves planning, leading, and developing the sales team to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals, ensuring profitability, commercial objectives, and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Develop, plan, and implement sales strategies and initiatives for the segment, aligned with corporate strategy, targeting budget goals and sales efficiency.Supervise the sales team, defining and implementing improvement plans to ensure high performance and providing necessary resources.Identify and develop business opportunities with new (Hunt), existing (Farm), and potential customers, in coordination with Front-end Sales, Product Managers, and Sales Managers.Lead sales processes, training, and development activities to ensure the team is engaged and aligned with area objectives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or related fields.Solid experience serving public and private clients in the Water and Sanitation sector.Knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, contract analysis, and risk management.Fluent English, essential for communication with global teams.Preferred Qualifications (What Counts as Plus):Technical knowledge of Drives, PLCs, and Electric Motors portfolio.What We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative environment focused on innovation and results.Real opportunities for growth and professional development.Participation in strategic projects with national impact.Support from a global company with cutting-edge technology and an inclusive culture.Competitive compensation and attractive benefits package.About ABB Motion Division:ABB's Motion division is a global leader in drives, electric motors, and industrial automation solutions, delivering technologies that enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability across multiple industries.
