Job Description:

A strategic leader is required to manage the sales process for the water and sanitation segment in Brazil.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with corporate goals, focusing on increasing sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and contract analysis. They should be able to communicate effectively with global teams and possess solid experience in serving public and private clients in the water and sanitation sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or related fields.
  • Fluent English language skills for effective communication.
  • Solid experience in sales processes, contract analysis, and risk management.
